Barren River Lake State Park announces “Tour of America” dining series for 2012

   Barren River Lake State Park‘s Driftwood Restaurant has announced a “Tour of America” dining series to start the new year, plus the date for its annual Buffalo Night.
   The Driftwood Restaurant is located in the Louie B. Nunn Lodge in the park. Dining hours for this series are 5-8 p.m.
   Specific menus and prices have not been finalized, but will be published here, when available. 
   The “Tour of America” dining series dates are:
Jan. 19- Hawaiian menu from the 50th state;  
Feb. 2- Cuban cuisine from Miami;
Feb. 16- Creole and Cajun cuisine from New Orleans;
March 1- American Indian foods from across the plains;
March 22- Traditional American foods from Boston;
Plus,
Feb. 4- Buffalo Night.
