National Wild Turkey Federation Convention at Opryland Feb. 9-12

   The 36th annual National Wild Turkey Federation convention and sport show will be Feb. 9-12 at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville.
   The convention exhibit hall, with over 600 exhibitors and displays, will be open to the public Friday, Feb. 10, from 9 a.m.-7 p.m; Saturday, Feb. 11, from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.; and Sunday, Sunday, Feb. 12, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
   Admission is free to NWTF members, active duty military members and children under 10. Non-members admission is $20 and children 10-17 admission is $10.
   The convention will include the grand national calling championships for gobbling, owl hooting, friction, team challenge, and head-to-head, plus calling divisions for poults, juniors, intermediates and seniors. It will also be the home of the grand national wild turkeyand white-tail deer taxidermy competition.
