Prehistoric Indian Artifact Show set for Barren River Lake State Park Aug. 19

   The Green River Archaeological Society wil host a Prehistoric Indian Artifact Show Sunday, Aug. 19, at the Barren River Lake State Park.
   The show will be in the park’s Louie B. Nunn Lodge from 8 a.m.- 3 p.m.
   Admission is FREE and open to the public!
   Setup for the show is Saturday, Aug. 18, from 4-7 p.m.
   Displays are limited to prehistoric artifacts from the continental U.S., Canada, and Alaska only. Related books and display cases will be allowed.
   No reproductions, knives, guns, beads, marbles, etc. permitted.  
   All exhibitors must be members of the Central States Archaeological Society in order to receive tables. Non- members wishing tables may join the day of the show, but must make arrangements in advance.
   A $15 fee is charged for all reserved tables.
