Kentucky’s Barren River QDMA branch’s 3rd annual BBQ Bash planned Feb. 2

   The Kentucky Barren River Quality Deer Management Association will have its 3rd annual BBQ Bash on Saturday, Feb. 2, at the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge in Bowling Green.
   Doors open at 5 p.m., and dinner will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m. Following the dinner, there will be live and silent auctions, raffles and games with many prizes including guns, home decor, prints, and hunting gear.
   The QDMA “promotes sustainable, high quality white-tailed deer populations, wildlife habitats, and ethical hunting experiences through education, research, and management in partnership with hunters, landowners, natural resource professionals, and the public,” according to its website.  
   Tickets are $50 – Single (includes 1 meal and 1 membership); $70 – Couple (includes 2 meals and 1 membership); $250 – Table (includes 8 meals and 4 memberships); $280 – Sponsor (includes 2 meals and 1 sponsor membership); and $15 – Youth.
